Conclusion of the contract

The consumer, in the capacity of buyer or user of the seller's website, concludes a sales contract with the seller.

A user is a person who is a visitor to the seller's website. Users are instructed to familiarize themselves with these General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase and to check them regularly in order to be familiar with all rights and obligations, and in case of ambiguities, they can contact the seller. distance contracts. III. PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

The customer can purchase all products and services found on the seller's website.

VI. THE RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT AND REFUND

The right to unilateral termination of the contract and return is regulated by consumer protection regulations.

The user has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded outside business premises or concluded at a distance, no later than within 14 days of its conclusion.

The user is obliged to inform the seller of his decision to terminate the contract before the expiration of the term for unilateral termination of the contract, using the form for unilateral termination of the contract. Upon receipt of the notice of termination of the contract, the seller will, without delay, deliver to the user a confirmation of receipt of the notice of termination on a permanent medium.

If the user unilaterally terminates the contract for the provision of services, he is obliged to pay the seller a proportionate part of the agreed price. to what the seller filled out for the user until the moment when the user informed him that he was using his right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
